After 15 years in cosmetic packaging, JXPACK has built a quality system that runs from raw material incoming inspection to finished-product release.

Incoming material inspection

Every batch of resin, glass, aluminum and other raw materials is checked for certificate consistency, color stability and physical properties before it enters production.

First-article approval (FAI)

Before mass production, our engineers and QC staff produce a first sample for full dimensional, appearance and functional testing. Mass production only starts after the sample is signed off.

In-process inspection

Key stages — injection, blow molding, printing, hot stamping and assembly — are inspected at set intervals. Defective units are separated immediately and root-cause analysis is recorded.

Finished-product testing

We run random sampling checks on finished lots, including leakage tests, seal tests, drop tests and print-adhesion tests, before products are packed for shipment.

Traceability and documentation

Each production batch is logged with material batch numbers, machine parameters, inspection records and shipping cartons. This makes every order traceable after delivery.

Our certificates

Our food-grade materials and products are supported by certificates including ISO 9001, FDA, LFGB and EU 10/2011. If your market requires a specific test report, our QC team can provide the corresponding documentation before shipment.
